Gary Barry could be going back to Villa Park after 3 game (if he makes the move to Liverpool....would be an interesting reception for him!)

United have back to back away trips to 'pool and chelsea in september - big month! Arsenal at home on the second last game day of the season will be a spicy one too (and United are away to boro and home to City before that game, which are both historically tricky ties for united)

Nice to see that there is no Grand Slam Sunday bollix in the fixtures this year :D

When Utd play Liverpool or Chelsea play Arsenal the other clubs have 'routine' fixtures.

I see on the Liverpool thread someone posted up their full fixture list for the season. http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=56261480&postcount=1695
I would advise everyone to tread carefully because this is a potential issue for boards.ie
Publishing of fixtures, on any site, is actually infringing on Premier League copyright and last season they made a hullaballoo over it and even made an example of small fan sites by threatening legal action.

I'm sure we'd get away with posting up a few at a time but other than that it could attract attention...

Old Trafford away on the opening day. Our defence has been United's best friend over the last few years. However, I fully back Keegan in the market, and if Big Bike et's his wallet out, this could be a great initial test of what the new sqaud is up to.

Great, first two away games are Chelsea and Everton where we alway lose. Thank god for Man United at home in between to give us our opening three points ;)

We play Man United three times in three weeks I believe. Nigeria, Charity Shiled and in the league. Obviously we will draw them at OT again in the cup so we could play them five times this season.

January 2009 looks like it will be a tough month for Everton:

    League:

    Hull Sat 10th 15:00 H
    Liverpool Sat 17th 15:00 A
    Arsenal Wed 28th 19:45 H
    Man Utd Sat 31st 15:00 A

    Plus, potentially 4 cups games:

FA Cup Rd 3 Sat 3rd TBC
Carling Cup SF 1 Wed 7th TBC
Carling Cup SF 2 Wed 21st TBC
FA Cup Rd 4 Sat 24th TBC

Well at least Newcastle are getting the inevitable thrashing at Old Trafford out of the way first.
