The mileage for this vehicle differs significantly from the average. Statistically, your Mileage is about 56% below average. This average is an estimation of what the odometer reading may be based on the age of the vehicle. It is not an actual record of the vehicle's odometer reading

If it's only an estimation, then why do they advertise a mileage check on their 2 star report??

That is terrible carry on. Fact is if you want to know the mileage of an Irish car you have to
    1. Look at condition
    2. Look at service records
    3. Ring garages.

And thats just for an estimate of truth.

Ps. This Wednesday there will be some news for you all you car clocking fans.

Are you guessing thats what he means or is it happening and you know already? Cos if true thats great news. About bloody time.
Obviously wont be 100% proof but a much needed introduction all the same.

It will only be of use combined with valid service records which have the mileage recorded.
it still helps but we really need a national mileage register.

I believe they have access to mileage info for *some* cars. I'd guess some garages sell servicing info; and most fleet fuel cards have information disclosure stuff in their contracts.

Got the 10euro but they charged my card 20euro ?

After I coped it on my online statment I phoned them - they don't know why it happened.

Funny how it was twice the price and not half price was charged - the mistake is always in merchants favor never the customers. While the overcharge is taken instantly the refund will take 4 or5 days.

    Also no apology nothing
