DS WiFi connection

    Anyone else have a problem connecting their ds to the wifi connection?? Have tried everything..entered all the information manually etc but still keep gettin the error message saying it can't connect to IP address or something..Help anyone???

    Have you a firewall set on your network? It may be blocking your DS from connecting

    Nope widows firewall is turned off..no idea why it won't connect

    What security do you have on your home network?

    The Nintendo DS doesn't support WPA/WPA2, which is what most people use nowadays :(

    Strange, it should work with WEP enabled. How about MAC address filtering? That turned on or off?

    DS aside, I would suggest getting rid of WEP in favour of WPA or WPA 2. I wouldn't lower the protection on my wireless just to go online with the DS. It's annoying but a secure network wins out in the end ;)

    MAC address filtering is off aswell think I'l just give up at this stage!!
