load up your usb key like normal,

    type
    cd tools

    then type
    dosflash

follow the on-screen instructions about turning off and on the xbox.

enter the number of the drive (for example mine was number 4)

enter "r" for reading your drive.

enter the name of your firmware (call it "backup.bin" or something)

    now enter
    firmtool backup.bin C:\CFW\ben-cfw.bin

NOTE: the name of the benq firmware might be wrong, if the above line doesn't run correctly check the name by:
    cd C:\CFW
    dir

    remember its name then type
    C:\tools

to get back to where you were and do the firmtool line again

the firmtool line will overwrite the ben-cfw.bin with the one you want.

Repeat the top steps (the dosflash ones) except put in "w" for write instead .

When it asks for the adress of the firmware type:
    C:\CFW\ben-cfw.bin

When its finished that it should be done.

Let me know if you need more instructions
