overclocking ram !

    Yo dudes

    Im having seriousy touble trying to get the most out of this new ram i bought

    (OCZ Reaper 8500)
    Have a overclock now with 1400 FSB and 1100 Mem clock
    When I try go past this its BSOD or sometimes it wont even POST
    I have a
    evga nforce 680i
    e6600 core 2 duo @ 3.15GHz
    the ram is running at 2.325v (im afraid to put this any higher)

    actually no .. its not stable at all.
    I have the RAM set to 1066 (the speed its meant to be going) v1.35

    Set everything back to default in bio.... no BSOD yet

    Should be an option in the bios to run in sync mode, the speed of your cpu will outweigh any performance hit from slower ram....

    Look here for more info, should help you out.
