No Signal

    I have 'No Signal' from my new Silver Crest Digital Terrestial Receiver - from Lidl, and house antenna TV. I am in an 'ok' DVB-T area. Anyone know why this could be? SCART cable problem?

    I had the same problem with the Aldi model. Tech people haven't been able to sort it out, seems the German tuner doesn't work in Ireland. They say it works in Britain. Possibly the same tuner used in both Aldi and Lidl sets. I bought a Philips Freeview receiver via E-Bay for 20 Euro and am using it with no difficulty. Seems anyway the Irish Digital trials are due to end in August. Plenty of other posts about this on this forum.

    Check if there is a option "don't scan for scrambled channels" or similar.
    You have to disable such a option.
