OK Nesters, I have a very serious issue to raise! (B!ue takes a deep breath!) It's soooooooo serious, that it couldn't possibly be addressed on feedback or PI (or Cooking & Recipes either!) OK, are you ready for the question? How do you make "Ruubarb" pie? .

Wrap Ruu in pastry.
Put in oven at gas mark 30 degrees.
Take out of oven.
Serve with custard.

the Ruu should be chopped and covered in a good layer of sugar first, regardless of how sweet Ruu already is.
