    Indeed. Given that they're public figures and as a consequence can be seen as "role models", they should be given harsher sentences if anything.

    sure they all get away with it lindsay lohan or some young american neway got 50 something hours for drink driving??? I was in court recently(bout being underage years ago in a club :o) and this guy got 4 years off the road and a fine for drink driving!

    There was a tape that showed a man that looked like him having sex with a young girl. It was argued that it wasn't him because there was no mole on the man in the videos back, yet R Kelly has a mole on his spine.

    You could see the mole during the video. In some frames you couldn't see it, but that's to be expected from a dodgy copy.

    I saw the video a few years ago when it was doing the rounds. I had no idea the girl in it was underage. I thought it was just another celebrity sex tape.

    Anyway, the guy in the tape is him, or his twin.
