Sky Plus Signal Strength issue

I was hoping to get some advice on this: I had Sky+ installed today. After the engineer had left, I noticed that the signal strength bar was not at 100%..... it is now more like 80% (on both inputs). The signal quality is about the same.
On my old Sky box, the signal strength was 100% most of the time. Why has it now dropped? The engineer had to link some cables from the dish..could he have knocked it out slightly? Should I call out the engineer again?
PS I know the difference might not have much of an effect, but I want the best possible signal because the LCD TV I have looks crap with poor SD images. The box is made by Pace.
    Thanks for reading.

Signal quality is more important. The reading off the digibox is for just one transponder. You shouldn't have any problems. The real test is when there is heavy rain. If you don't experience any picture break-up in this situation, you're pretty safe.

Agreed if the picture is fine then dont worry. Bear in Mind you are using a quad lnb so some level drop is ineveitavble

The dish is set for maximum signal reading, which varies drastically from box to box. It's not meaningful to try to compare.
