Possible to Daisy chain Dreambox 7020 with Skybox?

Is it possible to join a Dreambox 7020 with a regular Thompson Sky box with a single feed?

How would LNB power be managed? Ideally I don't want to be messing about with cables when switching from one to the other.

Is anyone doing this?

3 options:

1) A manual switch

2) A priority switch. One receiver is attached to the master port, the other to the slave port. The master receiver always takes priority over the LNBF.

3) A diode active splitter. The diodes allow only one receiver to power the LNBF, although the other 3 receivers can share the IF signal. If only one receiver is powered on, that is the master. If 2 or more are simultaneously connected, usually the first powered on is master.

[edit] Rereading your post, you are using a digibox, so you have to use either 1 or 2 - the digiboxes always send current to the LNBF even in Standby. Sky's contribution to global warming.
