"Find more post by" problem

    Ok, while I'm not the most prolific of posters I can forget where I've posted and use the find more posts by on my own username.
    However lately I'm getting the following error :
    "This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between searches. Please try again in 11 seconds. "

    Now this is just clicking on my username in a thread and then find more posts by....no prior searches. If I leave it 20 or 30 seconds again it sometimes gives me the same error but most times it works....just wondering why it doesn't work the first time !
