I know no medical advise can be given but if anyone has any info or advise id appreciate it
For a long time(years) I would often feel a lack of energy and feel tired even after a good nights sleep.
But over the last month it's gotten a bit worse. It started off with headached and light-headedness. And feeling dizzy and faint when i stood up or went upstairs. I was going to go to the doctor but suddenly it stopped over a weekend. But when monday came around again the headaches came back. Not as bad but still there.
The headaches started around my temples then moved to around my eyes. Its about 3 or 4 weeks since it started now. Its is much better than it was but i still feel very tired most of the time and have a slight headache. If i have been looking at the tv or computer for a while and then move my eyes, they hurt.
I work in an office staring at a screen all day so maybe it has something to do with that?
I have started taking B vitamins a few days ago. But they havent made any difference yet.
Anyone have any experience of it?
    Thanx

Phi3, you're honestly taking huge risks with your help relying on a message board for health advice.

We've repeatedly asked for people not to give medical advice, and for posters not to ask for medical advice.

I hope you get better soon.
