Where's a good place to get detailed forecast for foreign cities?

    Sorry if this has been done to death but searching "detailed forecast" wasn't too fruitful.

    I've been looking for something similar and the best I could find was Accu Weather.

    This thread is well hidden in the stickies but has some good links, but accuweather or wunderground wont be far away.
