Cold Water in a bucket in a shower

Right, here's what I want and I've no idea what it's called and no idea where to get one. Ever been to a spa where they have a series of showers with different temperature waters and possibly one shower with a bucket that fills with cold water and you pull a rope and it dumps it on you? It's a well known russian therapy…

Right, here's what I want and I've no idea what it's called and no idea where to get one.

Ever been to a spa where they have a series of showers with different temperature waters and possibly one shower with a bucket that fills with cold water and you pull a rope and it dumps it on you? It's a well known russian therapy and feels brilliant when you do it.

Anyway, what's it called and how do I get one?

This is not to be a discussion about the merits of the therapy...that's for another day and a different forum.
