Help(later mission so spoilers)

but they still haven't! is there some reason for this cause it been at least 2 weeks worth in the game time since that mission and there is no other mission left to do. my brother did put in a cheat and it is saved.. would that be it?

in the last mission i completed i had to kill ray and i was told they'd ring me when that guy niko is after got to the state
