looking for restaurant near quay street

i was in a restaurant near quay street after a few beers and i cant find it again. seemed to be a steak house. dark area which high backed leather couches facing eachother. anyone thinks this sounds familiar and can give directions?

It sounds like Cactus Jacks.

As you head down Quay Street hang a left down the alley way beside the Quays pub. It's at the end of the alley just past the Revenue.

They do a mean steak:)
