Guinness BBQ sets

It seems that there doing a give away of BBQ stuff on the Guinness website, I'm hoping this includes a few cans, as a note on the drop down menu of other beers that you drink apart from Guinness Draught it doesn't seem to have that Ale, MacArdles, thats made by guinness (i think)

McArdle's is indeed made by Diageo, but they don't like to talk about it. Smithwick's is what the hip kids are drinking.

I like McArdles. You can get it in Tesco and Dunnes. Think it is about 1.25 euro a can. A nice, refreshing ale. Sweet...:)

Bulmers are doing something similar, a box of 14 500ml cans+bbq set for about €30.

It is as if Macardles is the bastard son of uncle Arthur at times, the little PR it gets from Guinness and Diageo.

More the reluctantly-adopted unloved orphan. And, of course, Diageo was responsible for killing off its parent, the Macardle-Moore brewery.
