06 Corsa bumper removal

Hi, anyone know how to remove the front bumper of an 06 corsa? I need to replace the left hand headlight unit as its smashed and I can't figure out how to get at the lower bolts. Removing the bumper might help but can't see how it comes off. Any help appreciated
