Easy test, another A I'd say.

Did the Club accounts and Household Budget in paper 1, did the Trading / profit and loss / balance sheet; and Analaysed cash book in paper 2. Everything else was theory questions.

    National budget or household budget?

In household I got a closing actual balance of 1275 and in the National budget I got a closing deficit of -130M I think.

oh and what do you do with PRSI At 12.5 per cent when calculating the cost of the delivery vans per day? Is it added to the drivers wage?

Don't know if I got it right for that part but I just multiplied his wage by 1.125 and got 270, 270 being the overall amount the driver costs to the company per day. Employers PRSI I'm pretty sure is a statutory charge for employers to pay so it's added to the drivers wage but doesn't actually go to the driver.

Pretty sure Employers PRSI is seperate from PRSI, I think the employer pays the first one, the employee pays the second.

It said employer's PRSI so i added it on as an amount the employer has to pay onto the wages

ok, thanks, that means i might be right then! I thought it was an expense too, considering everything else there was, but that was all i was counting on! :D
