that just seems like the type of info no-one here would have!

i'm guessing not much more than minimum wage.

Its alot more than minimum wage for sure.

It depends alot on the contractor and considering how
screwed up the hours are. (due to weather etc).

Up to €15 per hour but more likely €10-€12 per hour. Depends on experience.
It's certainly not a minimum wage job.

And yes, you can be working from 5am up to 11pm or for whatever daylight you can get.

Been there, done that for a few summers

Edit: I forgot the hidden extras:
90% of the time you'll get a massive dinner from one the farmers wives so no need to bring a lunchbox
You will also get a flask of tay and all the hang sandwiches you can eat!:D

Im not sure about 900 euro a week. All the contractors around here pay you by the day. Your wage depends on how good a pilot you are.
If its your first year and you have no experience are knocking gate posts and bending tail gates id say your looking at 50 euro a day.
If its your first year and you are minding your tractor and trailer and not breaking stuff 80euro a day will be what you ill get.
If your on your second season they might give you 100 euro a day.
Oh and the days of getting dinner in the houses of the farms your working at most farms i go to i never get dinner.

That im afraid is just bull ****. No contractor in the country could afford to pay someone 15 euro an hour to draw in silage. Anyway nobody gets paid by the hour to draw in silage. With the cost of disel and machinery ever increasing there is just not the money in the job.
Tractor work is just not making money these days. the rate building sites are paying for a tractor and dumptrailer around here is 23euros an hour plus disel. a new tractor will cost 6 euros an hour in depreciation tyres on the tractor and trailer will cost another 2 euros an hour to change. Then you have the service costs and insurence etc. Nobody gets paid 15 euro an hour to drive a tractor it just couldnt be true.
