some of those tats imo are good but not the worst.
yes they may regret their tattoo and some wont as its their body if they chose to abuse it.
i have a couple that i regret but in end of the day i have to live with them.
yes they are mad but its a mad world to live in.

The more I look at the dolphin one the more I like it. Its really well done and theres some good detail, its just really off the wall !
