Distance Learning MSC - Questions regarding tax refund

    Hey,

I am doing a 3 years part time msc via distance learning. I am trying to figure out a few things regarding funding for this course. It seems I may be able to claim some tax back on it (which is much needed) but I am not sure of the following issues:

    1. I will be paying for the Msc in installments i.e. each year. Is it possible to claim back on a yearly basis or would I have to pay everything up front to claim tax back.

    2. The course is run by a University in the U.K, how do I check if it's eligible?.

    Thanks,
    Kieran
