    Is that download 'legal' ? The orginal website has a charge for it and the download is electronically watermarked and asks for people not to distribute their copy.

    I wouldn't have put it up had it not been - if you had read the first link, the author decided to give it away for free. The physical version is still for sale on amazon et al.
