85XX seen pulled by a 141 Loco today passing Dalkey north bound at 13.00

    Great to hear the sound of 141 on full load passing through Dalkey dart station north bound at 1PM today pulling an empty 85XX EMU. Brings back memories of the old AEC push pull days. :)

    I was a bit slow with the camera but you can see the outline of the orange and black loco along with the cantilevers in thir collapsed position.

    Classic! I remember the bad ol days of the push-pulls but they had a comforting look about them when they approached a station. There ain't many of them Baby's left so it's good to see them when they are about.

    At times with the AEC sets, that was a blessing in disguise!
