Gardai are investigating an incident in which two young boys were approached by a stranger in Co Louth over the weekend.
The four-year-olds were playing outside a house in Drogheda at around 4pm on Saturday afternoon when a man took one of them by the hand and led both of them away.
One of the boys was persuaded to remove some of his clothing, but neither of them was physically harmed.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact Gardai in Drogheda.

Saw that article and was horrified too.

Haven't heard as of yet where it happened and would be also curious to know. The fecker who did it will be bunched if his name gets out, Drogheda vigilantism being what it is.

They didnt catch anyone, unfortunately. This goes on a lot, but the garda ask the parents not to make it public contact press etc... as this can hinder with their investigation.

Please don’t name any individuals here. It could get boards into trouble and jeopardise any possible prosecutions.

the Drogheda Leader has it on the front page.

It happened in hardimans gardens in Drogheda, He brougt the boys down a lane way and gave one an undisclosed amount of money to take off his clothes, The kids then ran away.

    It is so frightening...

They have no description available of the man...

the million $ question isnt it, terrible thing to happen to a kid, but the fact that i could have been much worse for the kids and avioded had they been
    supervised properly can't be overlooked
