Ok so i ordered a jg g36c among a few accessories from rsov.
Typed in my tracker code into tnt's website only to find customs have my order.

    Date Time Location Status
    10 Jun 2008 08:14 Held Customs
    08 Jun 2008 23:20 Held Customs

This has never happened to me before so i'm just wondering how long will they hold onto it and will i have to pay an extra charge?

    Thanks.

hey my mate had the same problem with some of his stuff. As far as i know you need toring and hassle them a bit to get something done or else it will jsut get lost in tnt customs and you will never see it happens with alot of other things not just airsoft :o

Its not unusual for customs to hold packages for 2-3 days, this is normally just to apply VAT/Duty, ring TNT and ask them why it's been held, more than likely it's for charges.

Was the jg below 328 fps?

If it was, usually things take a brief stop over in customs anyway, if its still in there in a couple of days it may be an issue.

Ok i'll ring tnt and see what the story is.
    Thanks for the help:)

EDIT: I'm pretty sure its not over the limit motosam but its been in customs for two days according to the tracker so i'll give them a ring and find out whats happening

I've had a package from the states in customs for the last week. I rang yesterday to find out why it had been sitting there for a week (tracked), and apparently between Customs & An Post, there's a large backlog in getting stuff out the door and delivered.

TNT have had a KALASH AKS74U I ordered status "Held Customs" for over a week now. It has been downgraded. Looks like I'll have to ring them.

*Update* KD was right, they were holding my AEG because of charges. Sorted now they'll be delivering it tomorrow :)
