Building Collapse/Fire

Anybody see the building collapse in Shandon Street yesterday or the Fire on Kyrls Quay last night? Both buildings are owned by the same company and they were looking for planning permission for both. Looks awfully suspicious to me!

I've seen fire brigade photo's of the shandon street one. They would never be so silly as to destroy two places on same day???
