Calling litter warden onto private estate

Is it OK to call the litter warden to a private estate? People are dumping rubbish in my estate and the management company don't seem to be doing anything, they've been rang several times. I know the Gardaí won't deal with dumped cars but can I call the litter warden to investigate?

Little bit of a rant. The people who are dumping are using the free skip bags, not the companies fault, but they have been giving these bags out like crazy should they not have some responsibility for/ability to track them?

The Council *will* deal with dumped cars (if the number plates have been removed). I'm not sure why the number plates have to be removed- but if they're gone, so is the car.......

Re: rubbish- unfortunately good luck trying to get the litter warden involved in the matter. Normally you would have to sift through the litter, find proof of the name and address in a bag, and take a civil action against the offendor. Its a long and tortuous path, but ultimately you will succeed. Ps- it really should be the Management Company doing this- not you.......
