    Hi all,

For a long time I used www.telediscount.co.uk to call numbers in U.S.A. and Australia where they provided a UK access number which I could call as part of my inclusive minutes on 3.

It seems that I can't do this anymore as when I try to call any U.K. 0844 number on my phone now it tells me that the number is not recognised. Anyone know of any way round this as I do call both countries a lot and it's going to cost me a fortune unless I can find another solution?

Previously I just called 0044 844 and the rest of the access number, and waited for the prompt and then dialled the American (landline & mobile) or Australian (landline) number.

    This no longer works. :(

Was great being able to call these places as part of my inclusive minutes, but I suppose sometimes good things must come to an end.

I use Voipbuster which has the added benefit of cheap texts. 7c to US, 3c to UK, 3c to Ireland. Calls to the US on mobile and landline are free, only pay for a Dublin access number.

My link is the same, local Dublin number, once on a anytime bundle eircom or talk on BT etc wont cause anything up to 59mins. Sending texts worldwide is 1cent, only exception is Italy which is 5cent a text.

Wow, that sounds really good. The Voipbuster charges for sms change all the time. 1c all the time would be great. Is there a java application to install it on the phone?

No, not that i know off at the minute. With webtexts able to send international and the several applications around i wouldn't see a great demand for it tbh but no harm if someone was to make one, for when you use up the webtexts
