    Does anyone know what currency is used in Cyprus?? Some people are saying it's euro but they're not sure

    Was the Cypriot pound until the start of the year... now the Euro!!

    But if your in the Northern part of the country - Things get tricky!! Some Turkish connection i think!

    Where you going?? If your going to any major tourist area you will have no worries re Euro

    Northern Cyprus is an "independent" republic - although only Turkey recognises this. Southern cyprus is now 100% euro! Now if we could only get direct flights to Cyprus...
