    It depends,
Do you live within 25 miles?
Do you want to play at the weekend?

If yes to both then you'll have to go for full membership.

To be honest I only want to play thursday over the summer and the odd weekend over the winter.
I live about 4 miles from the club. Excellent course so I would like to stick at it.
Even looking at the chart what is full membership and joinging fee etc as I am a little confused looking at it.

Tbh if I was you I'd call around to the club itself and have a chat with manager and he'll sort you out.

The link below gives a good description of each type of membership, although a different club, I'm sure it summarises each category well
