    yeah i think the break even will come up the ratios that i know are ;

    ROI = Netprofit before tax x 100
    Capital Employed 1

    Gross Profit = Gross Profit x 100
    Sales 1

    Net Profit = Net Profit x 100
    Sales 1

    Current Ratio = Current Assets
    Current Liabilities

    Acid Test Ratio = Curent Assets - Stock
    Current Liabilities

    Debt Equity = Debit Equity x 100
    Equity Capital 1

    Hope that helps

    ya the two things im leaving till the very end to study are

    the 6 ratio formula's and the charaistics and skills of a enterprising and manager.

    I think its best to leave this to the end because if I dont study them for two days ill just forget them

    Whilst on the topic, one thing i never could understand is what exactly falls under the catagory of:
    • Equity Capital
    • Capital Employed

    any help? Thanks:)

    Capital Employed is the final part of the Balance Sheet and contains P&L Balance, Preference Shares, Ordinary Shares,Reserves, Debentures

    Equity Capital is just Ord + Preference (Not on LC)

    ammmm..I think
