I've moved to IBB about 2 month agon from eircom. And the speed when downloading torrents (legal ones ;) ) is terrible. 1 - 30 kb/s.
I've a college mate living on the opposite side of Carlow and his torrents speed is great. I don't know what to think.
Anyone else in carlow with good/bad speed?
