    how do i program my sky control to work with my philips tv?

    You need to program it. If you know the code, you can hold down (this is off the top of my head) select and red. The LED at the top should flash twice. Then press TV once. Then enter the code and hit select to confirm.

    If you can't get it working, there are extra codes in Sky Active.
