    I was going to post this in food and drink, then I thought about the fitness forum but its just a general question so hope I have it in the right place.

    Have any of you ever felt really really hungry and have it come on from nowhere? There about 10 minutes ago I came back from Dunnes with my healthy lunch (salad, chicken, tuna) and sat at my desk to eat it. All of sudden I felt sooo hungry.. I actually thought I was going to faint with the hunger. Even though I was eating my lunch I still felt ravanous. I finished my lunch in about 5 minutes. I also drank a pint of milk but even now I still feel hungry (though not as bad as earlier). For a while though it literally felt as if all the food in the world wouldnt feed my hunger.. weird

    I had breakfast earlier and also a mid morning snack so its not as if I hadnt eaten.

    Just one of those things I suppose.
