Right, I've had my planning permission approved for my 600ft2 2 storey extension and have had my builders quotes back. I'm about to formally appoint my builder and commence work. Which Building Contract should I use ? I had the RIAI Minor Works (Blue Form) in mind. The work will cost circa E80k. Has anyone else used this form for house extensions ? Can anyone recommend an alternative ?

I always use the blue form .

Never used minor works myself , but I reckon it is probably your best bet actually given the small works value
