Need to Hire a Speaker with Stand - Urgent!

Just a quick plea... I need to hire/borrow one speaker with stand for a small disco gig this coming Sat. night, I have only one and need another (with standard jack plug connection) Limerick area. medium/small size would be grand. Could anyone help??!!

Not a good Idea to be miss matching speakers. Most places will only hire out speakers in pairs unless you asking for a stage monitor.

I know, but I did it last year and it worked fine, it's only a bit of music for a pals graduation house party as a favour. I wouldn't mind even getting a pair if I could find someone/somewhere in Limerick to get them. BTW I have an Anchor 2 way speaker. Thanks for the advice.

I dont know anywhere off hand in Limk that rents out, I know a few in Ennis and Dublin, the other option is to check out any of the hock shops, there use to be one up near Thomas st across from back door of HSS Hire I have seen odd PA speakers for sale in these places. Other option is to get a cheap set in Maplin.

Thanks Neon-Circles, i could very well be, since i first posted i found a contact that could be able to sort me out but it's out in Newcastlewest. Can you give me the spec on your speakers? and how much would it cost also I only may need one of them would that be OK? btw I live in Clarina where are you? Thanks so much

200watt powered/biamplified, XLR input and pass thru......will supply stand and leads.....35 euro for the weekend

have lights and stuff also if you need any
