Starting to think about postgrad!

I'm starting my final year this September and I'm starting to think about doing postgrad. The area I'd like to do my post grad in would be along the english / journalism lines. I'd like to look into doing it abroad possibly in the UK or Canada. But I don't know where to start looking. Any body know where I could start…
