just watched it there, its not great but kind of entertaining.

similar to the first one, the transition to movie length just doesn't seem to work for me.

    It was... grand.

i didnt enjoy it at all. one or two laughs, thats about it. fry's girlfriend was annoying and pointless. wasnt interested in the storyline at all.

bender's big score was a superior instalment

Yeah watched it last night, thought the storyline was all over the place, and not that funny at all :(

The problem is that Futurama is *much* funnier when it's a 30-minute episode format rather than a full movie.

I'd much have prefered 3 new episodes rather than this.

Pretty disappointing alright. Serious lack of funny jokes and it just became a pain to watch as it dragged on :(

found it very hard to keep my attention, think it took me two sittings to watch it fully.

Quite let down also. A fairly useless plot which didn't keep me interested at all. The first movie was far far better.

    Shame.

Watched it a while ago, thought it was really strange.

I laughed a few times, but I thought the whole plot was a bit much. Even for Futurama. Really disappointed.

What are their future plans for Futurama? Are they going back to a series at any stage?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,067 ✭✭✭youcancallmeal

Two more straight to DVD movies, after who knows?

i thought it was ok but no where near as good as benders big score.

if the next one is poor it probably won't bode well for the future of futurama.:(

I actually liked this more than Big Score. I thought it was funnier, with a more developed and rounded out plot. Oh, less plot holes too. So far I'd give the 1st one a 6.5 and this a 7.5.

the first one was way much better.. but i'm going to buy the next movies anyway, just for the sake of bringing the show back.

True, it's hard too stretch it out like that. I did enjoy the first movie but I got to see that all at once...
