    Hi,

Can anyone advise what the cheapest way to get an official handicap is please ?
Is it to join a country club or are there other alternatives ?

    Many thanks,

GUI are bringing in a rule I heard through a friend that if a player doesn't return 3 cards on his home course in a year then his handicap is only valid for his home course next season.

The likes of Corballis is reasonable enought to join - although there is working going on there at the moment building 3 new holes (see other thread) and its a poxy links course and not the best for getting a hanicap if you are like me - bit left and right off the tee and cant find the balls in the long grass  Should be a decent course when its finished without those stupid poxy old 3 holes across the road!! Love the par three 4th - up on the hill - some days its a 9 iron others a 5 wood!! :p
