    just looking at the leaving cert forum... Quite a lot of cheating going on to be honest! Anyone hear cheat? Or know of anyone cheating? Imo its not worth your while for the jc. Its not that important an exam to risk getting banned for however number of years. I haven't cheated so far and i certainly don't intend to, though its very easy to. Your thoughts? Stories! Methods!

    i'm just shocked at the amount of cheating that seems to be going on in the leaving cert. and wondering was it the same for the jc? Are people writing notes on bits of paper in their shoes like some are in the lc forums, or taking out phones etc.
    I hate to see someone who has worked hard all year and sat an honest exam to be refused a place in college to someone who cheated and got more points! What do you say to that? I mean, if someone was to cheat in the junior cert and get close to 10
    A's do you say 'fair play to him, if had the balls to do it!' or are you annoyed at all? Do you not feel that person should have got what they deserved... A banning?

    in my exam hall someone tried to cheat he brought in notes with him and the examiner was like GET THEM OUT IF HERE we all started laughing

    it annoys me so much when i hear people are cheating:mad:
    for people who have actually done the workto go in and get a honest grade and then for someelse 2come out n get better is just unfair..

    i was shocked @how easy it was 2cheat in the exams..

    my brother is doing the LC and he ssaid it is just as easy 2cheat in that too:mad:

    Theres definatly no point in cheating for the JC as you get banned out of all the exams (if caught) but i wouldnt advise it anyway.
    Also about the bottle thing. I think it would be abit obvious if u stared at your bottle every 5 mins aswell like... and some examiners dont allow bottles aswell which would ruin everything if u placed your faith in the bottle apart from studying.
    You might aswell just study and learn off important stuff like and it would do just as well without putting your next 5 years in jeapordy.
    It annoys me that people get all smug when they tell someone they cheated in a test but it humours me that if they get into a college because of it... their going to be thrown out as fast as they come in when they see how clueless they are.
    All in all cheatings wrong and you might as well put in some study because in the end you'll feel better for it as well if you feel you've earned it.
