I'm considering ordering some cigarettes from Indonesia but I don't want to have to deal with all that tax crap. According to the site there is a law stated by the EU if you order less than 200 cigarettes they can't place any taxs on the cigarettes.

Anyone clarify for me if this is true or not?

Your duty free allowance is 200, if you're bringing them in yourself on a plane or boat. But I don't know if the same applies for posting them in.

You're not allowed to bring any in by post tax-free. However, there are sites that you can order from who will send them anyway. I did once and they got through alright - although they were Kyrgyzstani fags which were a good bit stronger than the same brand over here! Cost was about €2 per pack. I'm guessing I'm not allowed to say here where I bought them though....
