    Come on the Boks!

This should be a cracker. I can't wait to see Tonderai Chavanga on the wing... he's quicker than Habana.

    Enjoy!

Chavanga is scarily quick, probably the fastest in world rugby.

    South Africa 43 - Wales 17

Perhaps this will make Wales realise they aren't the best team in the world.

South africa are a great side, offloading in the tackle supreme.

    Chavanga is fast.

Wales are muck.......but they do seem to be able to raise themselves from abjectness once in a while and win a 6 nations, never really understood it, they go from abject to world class without barely changing a player.....its 80% abject / 20% Worldclass though.

Yeah he really is their heart and soul of the team a lot of the time, big loss. Also missing Gav, Lee Byrne and their 2 main scrum halves.

Wales were simply the best of a bad bunch in this years 6N. They are as far away from the big southern hemisphere sides as we are

Not bad from the Boks. I think that we'll get a much better performance from both teams next week as all the new bok combinations start getting used to each other and the Welsh become more acclimatised to the altitude.

It's great to have the North v South test season back in full swing!

I think Wales' philosophy has always been great i.e. ball through the hands, running at space, but they have never been known for their tight five play or as a team for grinding out results. Just think back to their last game against us; we tried to run the clock down in the tight and they catch us out wide with a try. But because of this, Wales have a habit of being caught out against higher quality opposition, as they (imo) rely too much on quick ball and open play, which I think contributes to their wayward season-to-season results. At risk of sounding disingenuous, I would argue that Wales' 6 nations success was as much to do with other nation's failures than anything else - their basic rugby philosophy hasn't changed much over the years, I think so anyway.
