Entrance exams for Finance company

I was wondering if anyone has taken an entrance exam for a financial company. I've been told they test your maths and programming ability. I want to know if anyone can tell me how best to prepare? are they difficult?? what type of questions?? have you taken one? how did it go? :(:(:(:(
