SKY Sports 1 unwatchable

SO i flick on ss1 to watch the rugby this morning and its completly unwatchable, now just frozen. Have tried resetting, all other SS channels are fine. a) anyone else having this? b) fkk NTL - hardly ever watch sky sports, but when i want to it hardly ever works. Will they refund?:mad:

i know its no help to u but my ntl chorus is workin fine in limerick.try ustream see if someone showin it on computer?
