buffng streaming probem after a format

hello to all. my problem is i have 2 drives in my pc windows on 1 and 2nd is just storage i just formated my storage drive and now pc is very slow and wont buff videos youtube ect. any ideas? cheers

this isn't the place but bufferings all to do with your internet, has any other parts of the net slowed??
