Andy Scott-Lee and Michelle Heaton end marriage

Andy Scott-Lee and Michelle Heaton have ended their 18-month marriage.

A spokesperson for the couple said: "I can confirm the two have split up. But they need time to sort out their personal problems."

Scott-Lee married the former Liberty X singer in October 2006.

Heaton was spotted embracing ex-footballer Lee Sharpe in Ireland earlier this week, fuelling rumours about a relationship split.

I hope her time on Your A Star ends as well

I really have no time for Michelle Heaton, she's just an OK! magazine media attention woman, no matter what she does she has to get OK! to photograph it. She is a nobody! The other girls from Liberty X aren't media slaves like her.

Her fake tan is awful. Her clothes are awful. Her awful hair is awful. The show she judged was awful.

But...

She managed to get herself on tv despite all those things. (Crap tv, but tv all the same.) Fair play I suppose. I still don't like her. She's Linda Martin in waiting.

I think it's fair enough to express one's bewilderment at how such nobodies are spoken about as if they're somebodies.

'It was a kiss in a nightclub but Andy's saying that I tried to deny it but that's not true,' she continued. 'It was on the last night of the holiday and the day I came home I told him. I felt sick with guilt and worry. I won't blame the alcohol but it was stupid and drunken.'

She said: 'I didn't sleep with Matt. The only thing I did wrong was that I found him really attractive – what woman wouldn't? And as a married woman I shouldn't be thinking this.'

The final celebrity line-up for RTÉ One's Fáilte Towers show has been announced.
The show, presented by RTÉ's Aidan Power and Baz Ashmawy, will see 13 celebrities battling for their respective charities to run a real, fully-functioning hotel.
The 13 celebrities are: weather presenter Evelyn Cusack, 'The Apprentice' star Jennifer Maguire, model Claire Tully, former All-Ireland medal winner and match analyst Séan Ó Dómhnaill, politician Patricia McKenna, former Eurovision stars Donna and Joseph McCaul, singer Luke Thomas, broadcaster John Creedon, former 'Big Brother' star and television presenter Brian Dowling, 'You're a Star' judge Michelle Heaton, television presenter Liz O'Kane and singer and actor Don Baker.

The voting public and a panel of expert judges, that includes former presenter and hotelier Bibi Baskin, Sammy Leslie of the renowned Castle Leslie, and Michelin-starred chef Derry Clarke will decide who stays and who pack their bags.
Fáilte Towers has already proved a massive success even before it hits the airwaves.

The show begins on Saturday, 2 August and will run for 16 days and 16 nights.
