Transfer iPhone from a Mac to a PC

    Hi Folks,

    I hope someone can help me out with this, as it's driving me mad.

    I bought a dell pc earlier in the week, and i've moved almost everything that i have (movies, music, docs etc.) from my ageing macbook to it. The dell pc is running vista ultimate and office 2007.

    Anyway, as i said i've moved almost everthing, except from my iPhone database. Can anyone tell me if there's an easy way to transfer an iphone between two copies of itunes without losing my numbers, messages and shortcuts?

    I've done alot of googling, withough any luck. It seems i'm in the minorty wanting to go back to pc.

    Any help is appreciated, as this is the last step.
