    Does anyone know what time of the day are machinery allowed to start their engines?

    We have machines starting at 0630 in a residential development !

    there should be something in the grant of planning permission conditions regarding working hours.

    Its usually 8am start.

    I always thought you are not allowed to disturb the neighbours between 11.00 pm & 7.00 am
