holiday in Ibiza, where to go?

Myself and husband are looking to book a week in Ibiza last week in July. We are definately not into the club scene so can anyone recommend a nice resort not too quiet though as we do enjoy some nightlife. We were looking at Santa Eulalia has anyone been? Thanks in advance for any replies

Santa Euliala is a nice town, away from Ibiza Town and San where the big clubs are mainly situated and thus all the clubbers. I'd recommend hiring a car as there are some fantastic beaches and restaurants hidden away in the area
